Additional Information / Summary:
This 1981 research for the Federal Highway Administration was a follow-up to NCHRP Report 150 " Effect of Curb Geometry and Location on Vehicle Behavior." Findings of the follow-up study revealed a much improved correlation of the HVOSM runs with full-scaled tests as a result of applying more representative vehicle input parameters than were used in NCHRP Report 150.
